Villa Genova

Founded in 1997, Immobiliare ZB set out with a clear ambition: to bring a qualified, dynamic, and trustworthy presence to the Liguria real estate market.

With its historic headquarters in one of Genoa’s most prestigious neighborhoods, Immobiliare ZB operates throughout Liguria, specializing in the search for exclusive and elegant homes and villas that embody the beauty of Ligurian essence and lifestyle.

From the very beginning, the agency has been led by Ugo Ballerini — a trusted name in Ligurian real estate for over thirty years, known for his deep expertise, dedication, and passion for the market.

A young, driven, and forward-thinking team now supports him from two offices. United by a strong professional ethic and genuine passion for their work, the team excels in building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients. The agency’s goal isn’t merely to close a deal—it’s to become the client’s most trusted real estate advisor for the long term.

Immobiliare ZB supports its clients through every step of the real estate journey, offering guidance from the very first meeting to the closing table and often well beyond. The result is more than a successful sale; it’s a relationship founded on trust, mutual respect, and, often, true friendship.
