Just a short walk from the most iconic village of the Chianti Classico area, Gaiole, this winery has been owned for nearly 60 years by a Milanese family who have managed it with love and passion.

The property sits on a gentle hill. At the top, overlooking vineyards, olive groves, and the surrounding hills, stands the main farmhouse (578 sqm) with its own garage (44 sqm) and a separate guesthouse (85 sqm). On the ground floor, there is a tavern with a large traditional fireplace, a study, a wardrobe room, a charming wine cellar/enoteca, a bathroom, and a utility room. On the opposite wing of the farmhouse, there is a large garage and a guest apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The agricultural land covers approximately 41 hectares, including: 19 hectares of Chianti Classico DOCG vineyards, 1.5 hectares of IGT vineyards, 1.5 hectares of olive groves, and the remaining 19 hectares divided among arable land, pasture, woodland, and other uses. There is also a well for irrigation purposes. Currently, the main farmhouse is rented out for tourist use.
