Through the garden gate into the private garden patio area, there is a sun room which is currently being used as a laundry.

- Entering the house on the ground floor, into the kitchen with large fireplace and off the kitchen is a large pantry and access to the laundry/sun room. The kitchen is currently finished in a rustic style with a wooden beamed ceiling.

Down a few steps and archway, we enter into a living room area that again has a large fireplace, vaulted ceiling and french doors to access the front outside area and patio.

- Upstairs we find 2 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a large, habitable, lodge.
