Historische Residenz Und Bio Weingut In Monferrato

Set among the hills of Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards, meadows and woodlands, this charming estate combines the appeal of a historic residence with an established wine-producing business, also recognised on international markets.

The residence, part of an ancient noble palazzo, retains original features, including vaulted ceilings, a stone staircase and exposed beams. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room overlooking the garden and internal courtyard, one bedroom and a bathroom with laundry area. The first floor features two bedrooms, a bathroom and a barn to be renovated; the attic offers two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The property includes approximately 28 hectares of land, of which 14.6 hectares are planted with Barbera, Nebbiolo, Slarina, Baratuciat, Pinot Noir, Grignolino and Sauvignon Blanc. Founded around twenty years ago, the winery is well established in the natural wine sector and produces approximately 120,000 bottles per year: 80,000 certified organic bottles under its own brand and 40,000 bottles intended for the United States under a second brand, produced from purchased grapes.

The current owner is available to assist the new management during the initial phase. A rare opportunity for those wishing to invest in an established business or live in a charming residence surrounded by the landscape of Monferrato.
