The entire area, accessed from provincial road no. 229, is completely fenced, flat, and has a regular geometric shape. The area, already fully urbanized, is located on a road of particular use, in addition to having morphological conditions suitable for any type of intervention as it is a completely flat area.

Types of intervention:
In accordance with the general indications of art. 2.2.1 and the classification of types of intervention referred to in arts. 2.2.2 and following, the following interventions are permitted:
- Ordinary maintenance (MO)
- Extraordinary maintenance (MS)
- Building renovation type A and B
- Demolition without reconstruction
- Demolition with reconstruction
- Extension
- Elevation

All permitted interventions, indicated in the previous paragraph, must comply with the following parameters:
- RC (Coverage ratio) = 60% SF
- df (free view) = ml 12.00
- Dc (distance from boundaries) = ml 6.00
- H (Maximum building height) = ml 12.00
- Number of floors above ground = 3
