Penthouse Mit Meerblick Im Castello Borelli 11 C, Italienische Riviera

Overlooking the Ligurian Sea in Borghetto Santo Spirito, this newly built penthouse is one of just two remaining at Castello Borelli. A private garage and cellar are included in the asking price.

Set at Piccaro sul Mare, the estate brings together the character of a historic neo-Gothic castle, contemporary residential architecture and the coastal landscape. Contemporary volumes sit alongside historic walls, opening towards the sea and the surrounding greenery. The relationship between architecture, landscape and shared spaces gives Castello Borelli its particular identity, combining residential privacy with a wider vision for the regeneration of this historic setting.

Residents enjoy access to spa and swimming pool facilities, completing an opportunity to own a contemporary home within an architecturally distinguished coastal estate.

Designed by Studio Dedalo Architetti Associati in collaboration with PiSaA arquitectos, with a masterplan by internationally renowned architect Carlos Ferrater’s OAB, the development offers a distinctive interpretation of Italian Riviera living.

The wider Castello Borelli redevelopment has received the following honours and selections:
