Schönes Haus Mit Herrlichem Außenbereich, Um Den Sommer Zu Genießen

This beautiful house is located in the very quiet area of Residencial Begur. Built in the early 1980s, it has been renovated and extended over the last 5 years. On the lower floor, the house opens onto a hall that leads to a first room that could be a bedroom or study. This is followed by an en-suite bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. On the upper level you will arrive at the living-dining room with fireplace. This cosy area gives access to a large, recently fitted kitchen. The tour continues with a new room that can also be used as a bedroom or study. This is followed by a first double bedroom and the master bedroom, which has a dressing room. Finally, this level also includes a bathroom with shower. Various parts of the house, such as the living room and some bedrooms, have air conditioning. The upper level has access to the rear of the house and the summer area. Outside, you will be charmed by the large pool area with summer kitchen recently arranged. It allows you to enjoy the summer in complete privacy, whether swimming or dining under cover. Superbly designed, laid out and decorated, this setting promises to provide you with wonderful days out. The plot also offers plenty of scope for further development, and already has a large parking area for at least 5 vehicles.
