The kitchen is contemporary, fully equipped and open, it overlooks the living room and has direct access to the garden.
The villa has several bedrooms, one of which has a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains, two bathrooms and a guest toilet.
An independent space with its own entrance can be arranged with an additional shower room. Today there is a relaxation area, TV, sofa and ottoman ideal for pyjama parties.
You will also have ample storage space, a laundry room, a closed garage and outdoor parking spaces.

The area is residential and very pleasant. The house is located in a privileged living environment, overlooking the sea of fog.
Indeed, Arzier benefits from remarkable sunshine in autumn and winter.
The village is well connected by public transport and the train station of Le Muids which is a five minute walk away. If you choose the car, ten minutes will be enough to reach Nyon and Gland and thirty minutes to Geneva and Lausanne. Arzier Public School is a few minutes’ walk away.
It allows children to grow up in an environment close to nature and gives them the opportunity to follow extra-curricular activities such as skiing, hiking, etc.
You can also register your children at the UAPE, which takes care of primary school children, at noon and after school. The school is in direct proximity to all amenities such as a local bakery, a hostel, a modern and nice library, a Denner, gym classes, a yoga workshop and Pilates.
