At a young age already I was eager to explore the world. My professional career has given me the opportunity to live in countries like Norway, Portugal, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Israel and Oman, apart from Sweden. Whenever my career path took a sudden left turn, I was willing to take that journey together. My years abroad have given me an invaluable experience in leading diverse organizations in a constantly changing business and operational environment. Today I am a stable, comfortable and alert natural born leader with a multifaceted administrative ability and well developed social competence with many years of experience from detail oriented coordination and strategic business planning. I like it best as a creative doer in a high pace and flexible work environment.

My years abroad also gave me significant practical experience in crisis management, due to the nature of the tourism business which is constantly impacted by both a changing political environment as well as nature. I have gained a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects with demanding deadlines within travel industry. I am not afraid to rock the boat in order to reach my goals. My leadership is based on values like passion, personal enpowerment, delegated trust to my team and transparency. I am a keen and curious learner of new things.

My previous responsibilities has covered executive management positions within Purchasing, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Accounts, Customer Service and Digital Transformation. I am now in the Real Estate Business as partner for a brand which is known among the best in the industry, for its ambition and the way it challenges preconceptions. This is hugely exciting and something that I am happy to be a part of.

Since the start in 1965, Bjurfors have expanded to large parts of Sweden and today we are presence with 90 offices in and around the major Swedish cities, holiday resorts and the most attractive locations around the Mediterranean. We offer our clients tailored services and guide them in the right direction to find their dream property on the island.

I am also a specialist in negotiation techniques at an “expert level”, thanks to my two children.

I currently master five languages besides my native tongue, Swedish.
