In the heart of Palma’s historic centre stands this magnificent building, an architectural masterpiece that combines Gothic arches, high ceilings and authentic details with contemporary comforts. Parts of the palace have been carefully restored, but the soul of the property has been preserved, creating a harmonious balance between history and the present.

With eight elegant bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the property offers generous living space and a layout that provides both privacy and comfort. The private, lush garden with its relaxing pool area creates an oasis of calm, a place for relaxation and social moments in the heart of the city. A garage with space for two cars, a wine cellar and a prime location in Palma’s oldest quarter enhance the property’s unique character.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the elegant courtyard, there are two separate apartments, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. These apartments provide great added value and flexibility.

The location is unbeatable, between the pulse of the city and the blue horizon of the sea. A few steps from your door you reach the port promenade and Palma’s sandy beach Ca’n Pere Antoni. The area offers charming cafes, restaurants and art galleries, but also modern features such as creative studios and organic shops. As you walk through the picturesque alleys, the view of the sea and the city walls in front of the cathedral suddenly opens up. Here is also the Parc de la Mar, a green oasis with cafes and panoramic views of the water. Calatrava is Palma’s oldest residential quarter, occupying the southeastern corner of the historic centre immediately beside the Gothic cathedral. The neighbourhood is defined by narrow cobblestone streets, medieval city palaces known as can, and the remnants of the Arab-era city walls. It sits at the point where the old town meets the seafront, giving it a character that is simultaneously urban and maritime, with the scale and density of a medieval city that has changed little in its essential fabric.

Daily life here centres on the Parc de la Mar promenade, the beach at Ca’n Pere Antoni a short walk away, and the cafés and restaurants along Passeig de Sagrera. The Mercat de l’Olivar, Palma’s main covered food market, is a ten-minute walk. The Born, the city’s main commercial and dining axis, is equally close on foot.

Palma’s city centre is walkable from Calatrava, with the main bus network accessible from Plaça de la Reina. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 11 kilometres from the old town, roughly 20 minutes by car or taxi, and operates year-round international routes to most major European cities. The ferry terminal, serving Barcelona, Valencia, and Ibiza among other destinations, is within a 15-minute walk along the waterfront.
