The fascinating villa Fiore, built in the early 1900s on two levels and recently renovated, is located in the convenient ”Due Golfi” area of Capri, surrounded by the lush greenery of the island. It can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot from the famous ”Piazzetta” and with the great convenience of being able to arrive right at the doorstep by taxi.
Excellently positioned and equipped with spacious panoramic terraces, it boasts a splendid 360° panorama with views of the center of Capri, the Sorrentine Peninsula, the port, reaching all the way to Mount Vesuvius and part of the Gulf of Naples.

The villa is very airy and bright, with the dining room opening onto the panoramic terrace, offering the opportunity to dine outdoors or simply spend time in complete relaxation while enjoying the wonderful view.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with sofas, fireplace, and piano, the dining room with a table for 6 people with access to the panoramic terrace, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a single bedroom with bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with pantry.
At the back, there is a laundry area and storage room.
On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). All rooms have access to the panoramic terrace.

On the ground floor, the large panoramic terrace is furnished with sofas, armchairs, sun loungers, and wrought iron and marble tables with chairs for 16 people, offering the opportunity for outdoor dining. Upstairs, the large terrace with a view is furnished with armchairs and small sofas, surrounding the entire floor.

Villa Fiore is located 5 minutes from the ”Piazzetta”, one minute from restaurants and shops, and a 5-minute drive/15-minute walk from the beach.
