The Premium Collection: 2024 Edition
August releases a small number of Collections each year, enriching its portfolio with new homes.
The Premium Collection from the August 2024 portfolio offers five homes in iconic destinations such as the South of France, the French Alps, Tuscany, Mallorca, and the Cotswolds.
These deluxe properties all have unique qualities – such as wine cellars, formal entertaining spaces, gyms, saunas, and game rooms – that make them ideal for families and larger groups.
As each home collection by August is incrementally elevated, the Premium Collection also boasts more secluded locations, grander views, and larger floor plans than the Signature or Pied à Terre Collections.

All homes have a minimum of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with accommodation for up to 10 guests, and range from 150–300 sq². Each of the 21 co-owners in the Collection pay €700,000 and an annual fee of €16,800, but with a total value of €12.5m, co-ownership of a Premium Collection is significantly more affordable than purchasing one home outright.
