A 240-hectare hunting estate with a hunting lodge to be restored, a farm complex, woods, lakes and fields, on the edge of Brenne regional nature park. From a country road, a track suitable for cars leads to a the estate’s entrance gate. From there, the track carries on through woods to reach the hunting lodge and farm complex and, further on, a caretaker’s house. The different elevations of the buildings are made of stone and coated with rendering. The windows are rectangular or arched and the gabled, hipped or three-slope roofs are covered with flat or interlocking tiles. The lakes are spread out all across the estate and the cultivated fields are grouped together in the same section.
