Located in the Centre-Val de Loire region, this magnificent early 19th-century castle features classical architecture of the era (building flanked by two towers), constructed in tuffeau (traditional local stones of the Loire castles) and set on a 4-hectare property, offering 650 m² of living space, 11 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a 5-bedroom gîte, and the adjoining caretakers’ house.

The wooded park of majestic century-old Sequoias (among the tallest in France) shelters the lake and its island, the heated pool, and various animals (peacocks, swans, ducks, squirrels, etc.)...

On the ground floor, the large entrance hall leads to a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, a library, and finally a spacious veranda.

We access the upper floors via a beautiful staircase located in one of the two towers.

On the first floor, 5 spacious bedrooms, all with bathrooms and toilets.

At the entrance of the property, we follow a large villa (290 m²), consisting on the ground floor (155 m²) of an entrance hall, an open kitchen with a living room, and a meeting or banquet room; upstairs (135 m²), 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, and 2 shower rooms. This is operated as a gîte.

Attached to this same villa, a beautiful duplex apartment for the caretaker.
It consists, on the ground floor, of a living room kitchen, and upstairs of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler.

Wastewater is managed by septic tanks.
