Magnificent Quinta in the privileged Douro region with all the requirements to develop dreams to be realized in several plots. Quinta: Property located in the district of Viseu, municipality of S. Preventive treatments and fertilization are less aggressive than traditional methods. Herbicides cannot be used, so the main competitor of the vine, grass, must be controlled only by shredding and hoeing. Therefore, over the years, investments have been made in vineyard reconversion, replacing old vines with new ones. Three have been done by me since I took over management 8 years ago, but more work is needed. Before considering selling the quinta, the plan was to make half organic and the other half non-organic to reduce costs and enter other markets (since it is possible to leave organic farming at any time).
