Estate With A Ruin, Vila Nova De Milfontes, Odemira

With 92.28 hectares, the estate is located between Cercal do Alentejo and Vila Nova de Milfontes, in a privileged location in Serra do Cercal and only a few kilometers from the beach of Vila Nova de Milfontes.

With 180º sea views from the highest points, the estate has a legalized ruin measuring 72 sqm, 45 hectares of cork oak forest and pine trees, quince trees, and arbutus trees. It has three springs, many water lines, a tank with 20,000 cbm, and three mine entrances (deactivated). The estate is partially fenced, with several gates and walls.

The estate is currently awaiting the approval of the PIP already submitted to the City Council, with means to expand the existing building walls through the implementation of a sustainable tourism model on the estate with 2000 m2 of construction.
