Beachside Villas is located in the Polis coastal area, in the north-western part of Cyprus, close to the Akamas Peninsula. This is a distinctive resort and summer residence area characterised by low-density development, a long sandy beach, the Mediterranean coastline and extensive natural surroundings. Sales prices range from EUR 805,200 to EUR 825,000 excluding VAT. The villas are scheduled for delivery within 20 months from the signing of the sale agreement.

Polis town centre is approximately a 12-minute drive away, while Latchi Harbour is around 15 minutes away. The beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the development. Paphos town can be reached in approximately 45 minutes, while Paphos International Airport is around one hour away.
