The Lodge, positioned off Abbotsbury Road, is a detached, Grade II Listed historically significant lodge house on the edge of the Holland Estate. Backing directly onto the green expanse of Holland Park, it retains a distinct “countryside feel” and features a large, private driveway and garden and originally served as an auxiliary gatehouse to the historic estate of the Earls of Ilchester. Records are hazy but estimated to have been constructed sometime in the 1920s / 1930s, it now offers the opportunity to create a truly iconic home in one of London’s most historic neighbourhoods.

Abbotsbury Road is a tree lined street running along the western border of Holland Park, with a number of highly regarded local and high street shops and fashionable restaurants in the immediate area (within 0.5miles) such as The Belvedere, Kitchen W8, Lidgates and Waitrose.
