An elegant 19th-century chateau, its orangery, guesthouses, water feature and grounds, of more than 9 ha, 40 minutes from the Toulouse city centre. The main entrance to the estate leads to an earthen esplanade bordered by a low wall next to a cypress hedge, while, in the middle, a wrought iron gate with its fine scrolls opens onto a driveway that winds through the parkland.
To the left, perched on a small hill, the five-storey chateau overlooks the entire estate. Built on the site of a former 16th-century fortified castle, it has a four-sided slate roof. Its perron offers a view over the park with its multi-century trees, while its ground floor was restored in order to host small events and includes a kitchen with catering equipment. As for the main staircase, it leads to the first floor, currently undergoing renovations, followed by the second floor, in need of restoration.
To the west of the chateau, there is a dovecote with arcades and a pagoda-like flat-tile roof topped by a lantern.
The remaining outbuildings are situated to the south: villas that have been turned into gîtes (guest lodgings), a main dwelling and another building in need of a renovation. Opposite the chateau, a water feature takes pride of place in the centre of the lawn. To the right, there is a swimming pool with a pool house, ideal for light meals and large enough to host up to a hundred guests.
Extending on from here, an orangery, of approximately 600 m2, includes a kitchen with catering equipment of some 100 m2, and is bordered by a terrace that runs along one side of the pond and preceded by a parking area for approximately 200 vehicles and accessible to buses. Finally, a track at the back leads to a fully renovated tennis court and provides access to one of the estate’s secondary entrances.
