Location

The development is located at the southern entrance to Torres Vedras, approximately 2 km from the A8 motorway access, providing a quick connection to the region’s main road network.

The location combines proximity to the urban centre of Torres Vedras with good road accessibility and proximity to the coast. Santa Cruz Beach is approximately 25 minutes away.

Torres Vedras is the main urban centre of the municipality and serves as a hub for retail, services, education, healthcare and business activity for a broad surrounding area. The municipality currently has approximately 95,000 inhabitants, having recorded population growth of approximately 11% between 2021 and 2025.

The city also benefits from its strategic position in the Oeste region and its connection to the A8 motorway, strengthening its links with Lisbon and other urban centres in the region.
