Located in the Tomar region, Quinta da Granja is an impressive estate that, due to its historical and heritage value, was classified as a public interest site in 1996.

According to history, the estate was donated to the Order of Christ in 1531 and later expanded by the prior of the Convent of Christ, Frei António de Lisboa, including the construction of a row of houses with an oratory, which served as a resting place for the friars of Tomar.

The construction of the stunning main building dates back to the 16th century, featuring a gross built area of over two thousand square meters, divided into 4 floors and 37 rooms.

The ground floor, originally intended for agricultural use, includes:
- A hall with original large stone slab flooring
- A room flanked by stone arches leading to several suites (unfinished)
- A renovated chapel
- An old olive press
- Access to the technical area, machine room, and kitchen with easy outdoor access

Access to the first floor is via a sumptuous staircase with a base decorated with blue and white framed tiles. This floor, considered the noble floor, houses the residential rooms, including:
- A huge hall facing the main facade
- Former friars’ cells opening into the hall
- Solid wood flooring
- Several rooms, two with fireplaces
- High ceilings
- A library
- A room adorned with diamond-patterned tiles from the first half of the 17th century

The upper floor (attic) consists of 5 bedrooms and a suite with a privileged view of the vineyard.

In front of the main building is a generous leisure area with a swimming pool.

The rustic area extends over 232 hectares and includes:
- Irrigated land
- Vineyard
- Arable land
- Pasture
- Forest
- Poplar grove
- Rural buildings, including an interesting dovecote (probably from the 16th century)
- A watercourse bed

The property is partially bordered by the Nabão River, where a stone-built weir stands out in the landscape.
