A traditional stone house in the southern area of Tinos (Ktikados Village) promises relaxing moments under the Greek sun stairing at the endless Aegean Sea!

The main two-level house owns a mezzanine (office) and comprises 2 living rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), one dining room and two kitchen rooms (main and additional) on the ground floor. Also, it owns three bedrooms (double bedded), one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All of them have comfortable private bathrooms (the house serves in total 10 person). The kitchens are fully equipped by ”Miele” appliances.
The twin guest houses (ground floor and first floor) are situated as annexed to the main house but at the same time independent from it with an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The upper one has two verandas, the ground one is immersed in the garden.

The large swimming pool (42sqm) is composed of an outdoor open part and a covered part (by a cross vaulted stone ceiling). Its open part is shaded by a huge mulberry tree and communicates with the house through a corridor to the second kitchen. It is equipped with a shower, a built-in BBQ and a traditional stone-oven.
