Tinos, on a wonderful plot of land on the north-west side of the island (25 km), a detached residence (property in co-ownership) of 237 square meters. It is part of a small complex of two newly built, non-adjacent residences. It has been designed and built with respect to local architecture, while fully meeting modern needs. The broader aesthetic, with the stone construction, the wood paneling on the roof, the marble lintels and the general design, was inspired by the traditional buildings of the island. It is located three kilometers away from the uniquely beautiful, traditional village of Pyrgos and five kilometers from the wonderful sandy beaches of Panormos and Rochari. It enjoys a wonderful view to the neighboring villages, the unique natural environment of northern Tinos and the sea. A remarkable newly built residence ideal for private and touristic use.
