Single Family Detached Tamengos, Aguim E óis Do Bairro

The Paço de Óis was built in 1585 atop an extensive vineyard valley, overlooking the Serra do Caramulo, in the ancestral village of Óis do Bairro. Constructed in a U-shape, it consists of three wings with two floors. At the entrance, there is an honor portal bearing the Castelo Branco coat of arms. On top of one wing, the Paço chapel was built in 1890 in a neo-Gothic style.

Set on a 12.4-hectare plot, Paço dos Óis includes:
- On the ground floor: an old kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall, and three multipurpose rooms. The eastern wing preserves an original environment dating back to the late 16th century.
- On the first floor: the current kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and dining room. The eastern wing has four bedrooms, two of which are suites, a bathroom, and a living room/library. The western wing contains three bedrooms, a bathroom, and the chapel with a choir loft. The central wing consists of four rooms and an office.

The Paço also features a beautiful 19th-century French-influenced garden with exotic trees, including a Sequoia, a water fountain, and various adjacent buildings: winery, stables, pigsties, chicken coops, threshing floor, mill, and other structures that were part of the agricultural estate.

Recognized for its historical value and classified as a Property of Public Interest by the Portuguese Institute of Architectural and Archaeological Heritage, it is in excellent condition and comes with the existing furnishings. It is located between Lisbon and Porto, near Coimbra and the Curia Thermal Baths.
