The traditional tiled roofs, wooden details, and interior courtyard evoke Andalusian architecture, while the contemporary proportions, large windows, and natural materials provide a modern and serene aesthetic. The spacious living rooms and six suites open toward the gardens, creating a fluid relationship between architecture and landscape. Developed by The Address Valderrama and built by STP Constructores Sotogrande, the villa reflects special attention to architectural quality and details.
On a plot of over 6,000 m², the gardens form an essential part of the property’s identity.
