Exclusive: La Reserva Menorca - Exclusivity and Sustainability in the North of the Island
Discover La Reserva Menorca, a unique residential development that redefines contemporary architecture and sustainable living on the island. Located in Son Parc, one of the most privileged enclaves in the north of Menorca, this project integrates 8 private villas of high standing with panoramic views of the sea and the golf course, in a protected natural environment.
Each villa has been designed to offer the perfect combination of exclusivity, comfort and Mediterranean living, with open spaces, natural light and top quality materials. An enclave reserved for those who value luxury, sport and nature at its best, where the horizon merges with the Mediterranean.
Live at the top of Son Parc, where every day is a unique experience.
Es Mercadal sits at the geographic heart of Menorca, a small inland town at the foot of Monte Toro, the island’s highest point at 358 metres. The surrounding municipality extends north to the coast at Son Parc and Fornells, taking in some of the island’s least developed and most protected landscapes. The area reflects the quieter, more agricultural character of central Menorca, where dry-stone walls, working farms, and pine-covered ravines define the terrain rather than resort infrastructure.
The town of Es Mercadal itself offers a handful of well-regarded local restaurants, including Ca n’Aguedet, known for traditional Menorcan cooking. Fornells, roughly ten kilometres north, is the destination for caldereta de llagosta and waterfront dining. Son Parc beach and its golf course are within a short drive, as is the market town of Mercadal for daily provisions.
Menorca Airport, located near Maó, is approximately 25 kilometres from Es Mercadal, around 25 to 30 minutes by car. Maó, the island capital, is reachable in under 20 minutes and provides ferry connections to Barcelona and Valencia. Ciutadella, on the western tip, is around 30 minutes by road. The island operates as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, a designation that directly governs land use and development density across the municipality.
