I personally follow on this channel a few properties, this is one, and I was struck by the location, the authentic architecture and the right distance from other properties.
In fact, living in ”Holy Peace is a value that here must absolutely be one of the reasons for the purchase”. Hence the artistic name ”Croce e Delizia della Santa Pace”, inspired by the Opera La Traviata and the libretto by Francesco Maria Piave and of course the music.

The location is really dominant, at the peak of a gentle hill owned and the altitude is 400 mamsl, perfect for all four seasons. The air is pure and there are no intensive coltivations around.
Nearby (only 15 minutes by car) there is a golf club.

Brief history, architecture and function of use

The agricultural complex object of the sale was built at the beginning of the nineteenth century by the Counts Piccolomini and was used as the residence of the farmer of the great estate, once comprising the valley and the surrounding hills and today restricted to 45 hectares of the current property. Although the size is still contained in reasonable limits, this property certainly falls into the category of historic estates in Tuscany, because of the authentic architecture, of the location and for the estate of 45 hectares merged and for the quality described below. Currently the property is used as a private residence and partly as accommodation, but with ease can be converted back to a single private home.
