Fertile land of about 20 hectares, of which over 7.6 hectares are cultivated with the prestigious Morellino di Scansano DOC, an elegant and authentic expression of the territory. The vineyards, perfectly maintained, include selected varieties such as Sangiovese (with rows of Merlot), Petit Verdot, and Ciliegiolo, capable of producing wines of great structure, personality, and international potential. The property is completed by an olive grove of about 2.7 hectares with 850 plants, while the rest is arable land.
Altitude is approximately 300 meters above sea level.
