Land With Feasibility Of Construction For Theme Park

This magnificent terrain aims to be a Theme Park.
The theme was called «Discoveries and Oceans». It came to be considered a project of public interest by the Municipality of Silves.
With the entry of the 2008 crisis, although about €200,000 was spent on geological studies, surveys and projects, there were many limitations that made it impossible to materialize this idea.

However, due to the recent update of the Silves PDM, despite the need for a «detailed plan», the land presents a supposed capacity to build
about 50% of the area.
