Investment Tourism, Farm in the parish of Cercal do Alentejo, Santiago do Cacém.

Land with 38,585m2, has 72m2 of housing, 15m2 of agricultural support and 12m2 of porch. Sold with approved project and license to pay for 8 accommodation units and swimming pool.

The project foresees 100m2 of reconstruction, 346m2 of new ABC and a 49m2 swimming pool.

Allows accommodation for 24 guests, each unit has 36m2 of floor area and outdoor pergola.

The existing orchard has an area of 2 hectares, with about 70 fruit trees, namely, Pears, Plums, Peach trees, Diospiros, Apricots, Orange trees, Almond trees, Fig trees, Lemon trees and Loquat trees.

It is irrigated through an artesian bore, built on the farm, through a drip irrigation system, with self-compensating drippers at an allocation of about 3.5 L/H, with an annual allocation of 1,500m3/hect /year. 90% of production is sold in the local market.

Biological garden, with an area of 0.50 hect, and was developed for the production of vegetables also for the local trade, taking into account the scarce supply of products, in this mode of production, due to the large tourist influx of the place. Production offers the following crops: Vegetables, Turnips, Lettuce, Sweet Potatoes, Garlic, White Onions, Purple Onions, Leek, Beetroot, Tomatoes, Carrots, Cabbages, Physalis, Strawberries.

It is in this context that plans are being made to set up an area for aromatic herbs, namely mint, coriander, parsley, pennyroyal, river mint, and rosemary.

The forestry part of the holding is entirely dedicated to the production of cork and pine cones, with the under-cover also being used for grazing a cross-bred ewe and mutton from Ile-de-France, not for production, but which fit into the scenario. Rural Tourism - Country Houses - which is now intended to be implemented, to complement the existing activity and allow Guests to enjoy authentic experiences: Collaborate in the production and preparation of meals with fresh and orchard food, .
