This unique property is one of the first breeding farms in Italy where thoroughbred Arabians were bred on a large scale. The following grapes are now grown organically at just under 1,000 m above sea level: Kerner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner.
The special south-west exposure, the sandy soils on primary rock (porphyry) and the constant southerly winds create ideal conditions for excellent white wines. The farm has a main house with a large garage and an outbuilding that is ideal for guests and service staff. The main house, built in a traditional yet modern style, has very high-quality furnishings and materials: paneled parlor, passenger elevator, Bulthaup kitchen, natural stone cellar, photovoltaic system, alarm system, and much more. The farm has three stables, of which the main stable has 12 individual boxes. The second stable has 10 single boxes and the third small stable has two boxes.
