The project of Quinta dos Curubás is a four-star tourist development, it currently includes a vast garden, with walks built with the typical Portuguese sidewalk, car park, reception and 5 houses in full operation.

The houses are privileged by their central location and views of the island, 1 km from the center of Vila Franca do Campo, with restaurants, hospital, banks, post office, beaches and maritime activities.

The houses have a maximum capacity of 3 adults and 2 children up to 14 years (including sofa bed), consisting of a single floor with living room, full kitchen, bed room, double, full bathroom and porch with panoramic views of the garden and sea.

The houses are composed of three separate T1 and a set of two semi-detached T1 with connecting door between them, in these semi-detached ones accommodates 9 people.

The reception consists of living room and service, with bathroom for men, women and disabled, also having a technical area.

The laundry room is also of use for guests with washing machine and dryer.

The property has a beautiful garden and parking area.
