A preliminary study was made for a Rural Tourism project in the Farm.
This study consists of the demolition of some buildings, the construction of new buildings and the requalification of existing buildings.
The main house would be completely renovated and would have 5 bedrooms with bathroom, with the possibility to accommodate 10 guests.
Three new volumes with individual houses would be built with a small terrace and a view of the countryside.
A tourism made for families, with kids club, animal activities, tennis court, swimming pool and wellness area for relaxing.
Horse riding and cycling would be possible.
The individual duplex houses with a small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom on the upper floor, allow two to four people to stay.
Thirteen houses are planned, with a maximum possibility of 26 to 52 people.
In the centre of the farm a courtyard with a covered pergola would be the outdoor space for meals.
In the lower area next to the field and overlooking the animals, there is a space with a bar, swimming pool, wellness area, gym and a pavilion for events.
