It has an approved project for the construction of a Rural Hotel with 33 accommodation units:

4 Studio Apartments (T0);
7 One-Bedroom Apartments (T1);
21 Double Rooms.
The apartments will have meal preparation areas, kitchenettes, living rooms, and in some cases, double bedrooms with independent sanitary facilities. The double rooms will have independent sanitary facilities.

The accommodation units will be distributed around the perimeter of the building, an already impermeabilized area, creating an open inner courtyard where the entrance to the establishment and the connection to the reception area and support bar will be located.

The storage areas and staff service areas will be designed in the basement near the users’ parking.

The aim is to create an architectural building with simple lines, combining the traditional style of the region with the straight lines of contemporary architecture, integrating the volume into the existing rural environment.

The top of the building will be accessible at some points for the enjoyment of users as a leisure area to appreciate the views of the countryside, as well as for the installation of technical equipment for solar panels.

The intention is to maintain the original and traditional design of the existing architecture.
