The Braga Exhibition Park occupies the land that was once a large agricultural estate - Quinta do Sardoal.

It refers to two urban plots located at Largo do Picadeiro and Rua Augusto Veloso, 131 in Braga, with areas of 554m² and 2,110m², respectively, totaling 2,664m². The land includes three residential houses in a state of disrepair along the roadside, with the surrounding courtyards overgrown with unmanaged vegetation.

However, in accordance with Article 105 of the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) and the attached table - Zone B, which defines the minimum parking parameters, the following applies:

The proposed 70 rooms require 28 parking spaces, considering that 40% of the accommodation units are for a 4- to 5-star hotel.
In addition to the 13 public parking spaces along the road, the building will feature three underground parking levels, totaling 2,804.7m², sufficient to accommodate the 62 spaces required by the PDM.
