K&A is a Portuguese company, based in Foz, in the city of Porto, since January 2005.
We are present in 4 areas: Residential, Leisure, Corporate, Hotels and Resorts.
In the Residential area, we bet on the luxury market in prime areas.
In 2007 we also decided to invest in downtown Porto and its urban rehabilitation. In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and during these years we have given our contribution to the much needed rehabilitation of downtown Porto.
In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the waterfront of Foz, where we opened a K&A flagship with great visibility.
In 2019, we participated in two Real Estate Shows, launched the first K&A magazine and developed other tools in the field of real estate consultancy.
In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s get a home for the homeless in Porto.
As of 2021, we intend to expand the K&A brand to other areas of the country.
