Located in the demarcated Douro region since 1853, the former property of D. Antónia Adelaide Ferreira (“Ferreirinha”).

Currently fully renovated with Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, and Sousão grape varieties, entirely mechanized and rehabilitated, except for a small plot with old vines.

At the top of a hill overlooking the Douro River and the city of Peso da Régua, just 5 minutes from the center.

The land designated for vineyard agricultural use in the demarcated Douro region is fully restructured and converted.
