In spite of the absolutely quiet and secluded location, the property is only a few minutes’ drive (15 minutes) from Perugia and the old town is imposingly placed in the view, just as Assisi, leaning against Monte Subasio. The airport of Perugia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
