The Bank presented a PIP that was approved by the Municipality of Montijo, in which 19 lots are proposed with a total area of 59,381m2, a maximum implantation area of 23,752.40m2 and a maximum construction area of 34,931m2.

Santo Isidro de Pegões is an old Portuguese parish in the municipality of Montijo, Setúbal District, 50 km from Lisbon, with an area of 55.33 km², which makes it the second largest in the municipality. It has 1538 inhabitants (2011) and a population density of 27.8 inhabitants/km².

The parish was created on October 14, 1957, by detachment of areas belonging to the parishes of Canha and Marateca, with the locality of Pegões Velhos. It is one of the three parishes of the municipality of Montijo that constitute the exclave located to the east of the main portion (in fact, of smaller territorial extension), where the county town is located. The other two parishes of the exclave are Canha and Pegões.

It was extinguished (aggregated) by the administrative reorganisation of 2012/2013, and its territory was integrated into the Union of Parishes of Pegões.
