Garden City Realty, Inc. has been providing professional real estate and beach vacation rental services along South Carolina’s coastal Grand Strand since 1973.

The sales team, led by W. Lee Hewitt, III, Broker-in-Charge, has been with Garden City Realty since 1981. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The sales team is comprised of a Sales and Relocation Coordinator, Advertising Coordinator, and 10 full-time Realtors. Our distinguished Realtors possess prestigious designations and awards, are multimillion-dollar producers, and are active members of the South Carolina and local Board of Realtors.

Led by Broker-In-Charge, Dennis McElveen, the vacation rental department has grown from 18 rentals in 1973 to approximately 450 resort homes and condominiums today. Dennis has been with Garden City Realty since 1977.

Garden City Realty also employs full-time accounting, marketing, and systems departments serving both rentals and sales, as well as housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and owner services departments that accommodate the necessities of our guests and vacation rental property owners.
