Vendesi Palazzotto Ristrutturato Del Secolo XVI Con Antica Cripta E Affresco Del XI Secolo

In the heart of the historic center of Parabita, Palazzo dei Veneziani is a building of remarkable historical and architectural value (16th century). It features religious frescoes and, in the basement, a Byzantine crypt with traces of paintings, making it a jewel of the village.

The residence, restored in every detail, is equipped with the most modern systems and services. The two-story building has star-vaulted rooms on the upper floor and barrel vaults on the lower floor. The rear part overlooks a loggia.

On the upper floor, there is a covered balcony adorned with large semicircular arches and a balustrade. The balustrade style and shape are echoed on the corner balcony of the side facade, made of carparo stone and supported by corbels, which is the oldest part of the building (1500). The main facade dates back to the 19th century.

From the inner courtyard, you can access a crypt with a 13th-century fresco depicting Saint Anthony the Abbot.
