PROPERTY FEATURES: - 110 m2 built area. - Well maintained. - Ground floor + 2 floors. - Rear porch with tiled flooring, garden furniture including tables, chairs, and loungers. - Private terraces in the master bedroom and attic. - Air conditioning (cold/hot) in living room and bedrooms. - Ceiling fans in first-floor bedrooms. - Marble flooring. - Living-dining room. - Independent kitchen equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. - 3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. - Capacity for 6 people. - 2 full bathrooms + 1 toilet. - TV. - WIFI. - 1 underground parking space. REMINDERS: - Upon arrival and departure, an Albatros 14 representative will assist you. - The property is fully furnished and equipped with appliances. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking inside the property is prohibited. - Domestic cleaning service can be arranged if desired. - Cribs and baby strollers are available for rent. - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, check-in is via self-service key box at our offices (conditions apply). - If you prefer staff assistance, a late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM can be requested for a fee of €30. - Check-out must be before 11:00 AM. ALBATROS 14 DOES NOT CHARGE TENANTS FEES FOR RENTING PROPERTIES. Reservation conditions for the chalet are as follows: - 25% deposit to reserve. - Another 25% due 2 months before arrival (latest payment date May 31). - The remainder is paid upon key delivery. - A €300 security deposit is required, refundable upon departure after property inspection.
