There are cots and baby carriages for rent.
If you wish, we take care of making a first purchase before your arrival (consult service).
The entrance to the house (check-in) will take place between 4pm. and 9 pm(in HIGH season) and between 4pm. and 20 h. (in low season). If you need to enter later, a late check-in supplement of € 30.00 will be applied, if the entrance is until 23:00 h. If the entrance is between 23:00 and 01:00 h. AM, this supplement will be € 50.00. No entries will be made after 01:00 h. A. M.
The departure from the house (check-out) must be done before 11 am. A. M.

The conditions to make the reservation of the villa are the following:

-Reserve for 25%
-Other 25% 2 months before arrival (maximum payment date on 5/31)
-The rest is paid upon delivery of keys
-It is necessary to deposit a deposit of € 300, which is returned the same day of departure (after checking the house).
