Dating from 1870, the farmstead was entirely restored and transformed into accommodations and an event venue about twenty years ago. With approximately 700 m² of total floor area and more than 5,700 m² of land, it includes a dwelling, four guest accommodations and two reception halls.

Accessible via a long asphalt lane through the surrounding fields, which eventually leads to a large wrought-iron gate that faces a field of poppies, the property’s gate opens on to a gravel courtyard, enclosed by tall rubble stone walls, which provide glimpses of the two-storey building’s impressive façade, flanked by two towers and topped with a pediment. Two tall magnolias, planted on either side of the edifice’s front steps, welcome visitors, whereas a wide covered area provides parking for several vehicles.

Further on, two gardens, separated by a hedge, one of which features a swimming pool, patio and guest cottage, are located towards the back of the property and planted with a majestic walnut tree and a bed of lavender.
