This property is set in 125 hectares of land, between the Val d’orcia and Valdichiana, in an Etruscan area and easily accessible from major airports.

The main estate is a fully renovated villa, with multiple lounges, a kitchen, 8 guest rooms, and 2 additional rooms for internal use, covering 667 sqm. A separate annex provides 5 more guest rooms over 150 sqm.

A 457 sqm fully renovated private Spa area dedicated to wellness, including sauna and jacuzzi has been constructed.

The winery, built in 2007, comes fully equipped for wine production, bottling, and storage, with a capacity of approximately 200/250,000 bottles per year.
