Characteristic of the heart of Lisbon, this flat is part of a building inspired by the Marquis of Pombal, notable for its engineering and 18th-century charm. The building underwent careful renovations and improvements in 2020, with the roof being completely redone and the façade and staircases renovated. It is in excellent condition and the works respected the necessary structure and safety requirements.

There is only one tenant per floor, a rare privilege in the city. Notes:

In 2014, when the apartment was renovated, new water and electrical systems were installed.

There are two water heaters for heating water. One serves two bathrooms and the second serves the kitchen and guest bathroom.

Heating is provided by discreet panels on the walls.

The building has a total of 5 floors without an elevator.
