Alure

Alure is located in downtown Lisbon, at the centre of urban life and, at the same time, in the most classic Lisbon experiences: Chiado and Cais Sodré. The sophistication of the twenty-first century in a place where memories of other times allow you to dream and imagine.

Baixa Pombalina continues to impress as an example of balance between rationality and aesthetic quality. Its buildings breathe a calm grandeur. The sobriety of the facades hides spaces that surprise by their generosity, with high ceilings and good proportion.

Inside, we find bright apartments, marked by the presence of the large windows on the facades. The project adapts to the facades and structural walls that have been maintained, seeking the appropriate size for each space.

The apartments are of varying types, between T1 and T3, each with its own character. The corners are occupied by the rooms, enjoying the view in various directions. On the top floor, the rooms gain height with the ceiling following the slope of the roof.

The shops of the Alure are of generous dimensions, where the entrance with double height ceilings and the presence of original vaults of the building stand out. With large spans in each space, the luminosity of the interior spaces and their frank communication with the outside stand out.
