In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs, and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” – Let´s get housing for Porto´s homeless.

In September 2020 we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve.

In 2022 we opened a new store in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023 we began participating in international trade fairs, notably at MIPIM in Cannes.
