We present the RIVERS 2020-5 Tourist Village project.

The project is located on the banks of the Douro River, inland, in the municipality of Marco de Canaveses, Porto district.

Access to a private port on the Douro River just 200 meters away and a public port only 4 km away at the mouth of the Tâmega River.

The project was developed on a land area of 19,620 sqm.

Total construction area of 3,607 sqm (can go up to 4,000 sqm).

Composed of 24 luxury accommodation units, distributed in T0, T1, and T2 typologies, all on a single floor.

Capacity to host 70 to 80 guests.

Can be expanded to approximately 40 accommodation units/rooms.
