Land With An Approved Pip For 2,000 M2 Of Construction

Land for investment in the construction of a Tourist Development in Rural Areas. With an area of 10,001 m2.

The Request for Prior Information (PIP) submitted to the Municipal Council of Mafra, was duly approved by the municipal services, proving the existence of conditions for the implementation of a tourist unit, with a minimum of 3 stars. In the details of the PIP submitted for approval, the hypothetical concept of implementing a rural tourism unit with several buildings distributed across the land and interspersed with vegetable gardens and orchards was presented.

The choice of the type of materials is not limited and the decision whether it is a single building or several (up to a limit of 2,000 m2) will be made during the licensing project.
